Yogurt with Mango, Chia Seeds and Puffed Quinoa

My favorite bikini season breakfast treat...

You thought healthy doesn’t taste? Try this and let it become your favorite start in the day…


Greek yogurt (5 or 10% fat)- as much as you wish – I took 5 Tablespoons

1 Tablespoon of honey (agave nectar works as well)

2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds

2 Tablespoons of Puffed Quinoa

Mango slices as much as you wish 😉

This is how it is done:

Add the ingredients one by one in a bowl, serve it right away and – voilá – enjoy the taste enfold in your mouth!
